Are you getting your, err, 7 a day?
Recently, scientists have proven that instead of 5 a day we should actually have 7 a day. To increase the length of our life.
We asked some people what they thought of this new discovery.
“I personally don’t believe it but if the scientist have proven it who am I to disagree,”
“I think that it’s very good and that we should cram as much fruit and veg as we can. But it’s very hard to just get your 5 a day let alone your 7 a day,”
“It’s really bad because I can barely get 1 a day let alone 7 a day,”
“I think that 5 a day is hurt enough so 7 a day is gonna be tough,”
